Jamaican Smoke Rum Salt

The Caribbean Islands have long since cultivated sugarcane and the sweet tradition can be found in the different rums produced on the islands. Our signature Salt is infused with a Jamaican dark rum to give a hint of color and a warm hint of sweetness to our local sea salts. Use our Salt just as you would any coarse sea salt. It can add a bit of caramelization to your favorite dishes that share their own natural sweetness such as pork, poultry or seafood, for desserts, and even a cocktail rim or two.
