Reinvent a comfort food staple with our Caribbean-Spiced Mac & Cheese. It's creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor, with a blend of spices that adds a unique Caribbean flair to a beloved Southern classic.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound elbow macaroni
  2. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  3. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  4. 2 cups whole milk
  5. 1 cup heavy cream
  6. 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  7. 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
  8. 2 teaspoons Caribbean seasoning blend
  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Making the Cheese Sauce:

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes until bubbly.
