Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings: 2 lbs (about 20 pieces)
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika: 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch (optional, for extra crispiness): 1 tbsp

For the glaze:

  • 12 oz. Bottle of Original Juke Joint Sauce

To garnish:

  • Chopped chives or parsley: 2 tbsp
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing: For dipping

Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken wings:

  • Pat the wings dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Toss them with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cornstarch (if using).

2. Bake the wings:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flip the wings, and bake for another 20 minutes until crispy and golden.

3. Glaze the wings:

  • Toss the baked wings in Juke Joint Sauce until evenly coated.

4. Broil for caramelization:

  • Place the glazed wings under the broiler for 2-3 minutes to create a sticky, caramelized finish.

5. Serve:

  • Garnish with chopped chives or parsley and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
